The construction of the office building „Szucha Corner”, which is designed at the corner of Szucha’s Avenue and Litewska Street, shall begin in the autumn. A project has been created by a prominent architect Boleslaw Stelmach. The project will offer 8000 sqm to its tenants with a freely accessed green garden and it will be adjacent to the redecorated 19th Century Maria Agapijew’s Palace.
Apart from the office space, „Szucha Corner” offers retail, conference and restaurant space. For the comfort of its tenants, 3 level underground parking is planned. The office associates will be able to relax on the 3 impressive terraces of total area 1200 sq m. The unique part of the investment shall be Maria Agapijew’s Palace from 1895. The villa shall be adapted to offer 1000 sq m for restaurant-club functions. It will be surrounded by hundred meter freely accessed green garden. „Szucha Corner” was designed by the renowned architect Boleslaw Stelmach, the author of the architectural concept of the Chopin’s Centre in Warsaw, the expansion of the Polish Parliament or the revitalisation of Chopin’s birth place in Żelazowa Wola.
